This week, the assignment was to make something big. I decided to use half-inch plywood sheet to cut parts for a table. I designed my table to fit together without any adhesive or screws.

The table is 30 inches tall(~76.2cm) and uses friction from the fitted joints to keeps the legs perpendicular and hold the table top down. The only problem I had was making the slots for the joints wide enough or small enough to fit. I had to make the slots .02 inches smaller than the width of the material so that all the pieces would fit snugly. I cut some test pieces similar to the joints I would use. When I was satisfied with the fit, I went ahead and cut the table parts. I assembled the table myself with just a mallet
